I first ordered their Ferrero rocher shake & like the name suggest I knew this wouldn't disappoint me.

That was their new introduction to their drinks line & I must say it was deliciously dulcified. I had to try I just couldn't control myself.

I tried all of their momos in their menu list they were just luscious in terms of their taste, texture & presentation but if I had to narrow down to choose a winner in the momo category it would be hands down Chilli Chicken Schezuan Momo.

Chilli Chicken Schezuan Momo like its name suggests that this dish is bound to be spicy-spicy but instead it is so juicy, moist & flavorful utterly saporific. The schezuan sauce makes it so much delicious.

Talking about serving size for this: 1 dish is sufficient for 1 person, it is so tasty you won't be able to control yourself or share it.😜

I then tried their Momo sizzler with noodles & they were just too appetizing, to begin with.

The serving size for this dish was excellent as the quantity for this specific combo could suffice 2 people easily. 

Chicken Lollipops

Chicken lollipops were just divine; one of the best I ever had, extremely saucy, juicy & moist. Delicious at every bite. The sauce & the meat was literally oozing with freshness.

The Sauce

Cooked fresh & generously tossed in the schezuan sauce to add its soft texture making it even juicier & above all cooked to its utmost perfection. 

Apple pie momo & Choco brownie momo

For desserts, I tried their apple pie momo which was a great way to combine apple pie with momos. 

Cinnamon & apple complimented the deep-fried momo extremely well.

But choco brownie momo; who could've thought about it? It is a great amalgamation of chocolate brownies with a deep-fried momo filling which is then layered with chocolate sauce. Yummm. 😋

I literally loved it. Crusty on the outside, ooey-gooey on the inside.

Let's talk about the service. The service was great & the waiting time was optimal. Mr Lokesh was serving our table & it was a pleasant experience overall.

If you are going to try momos from this dim sum joint make sure to try all their momos from their menu, guaranteed you won't exit the restaurant disappointed. They even serve butter chicken momo!!

Yalla momo's is a great hangout spot located in the heart of Karama with a decent quantity to price ratio as well as a decent serving size. Once you try their menu, I guarantee, you won't be disappointed & will keep coming back to it like I did for Chicken Lollipops. 

Time to pop the question: Would I recommend this restaurant to my fellow foodies?

Rock n roll paratha is a cloud kitchen concept that serves food via zomata delivery with its kitchen located in Bur Dubai. The best part about this restaurant, you don't have to find parking, as they bring 'Your' warm meal to You.

Rock n roll paratah serves a menu with a variety of options to choose from such as a dedicated section for just cheese paratha to veg & non-veg parathas as well as another dedicated section for just veg & non-veg rolls.

Chicken achari roll was spicy & tangy just like pickles it's like biting on chicken marinated in Indian mango pickles. Beware it is Spicy-Spicy. I loved it because the juices I ordered calmed down the spiciness factor.

The wrap had a good amount of chicken & pickles filling that gave it a tangy, sour & perfectly spiced taste which my tastebuds enjoyed thoroughly.

Mutton keema paratah was humongous in size as 1 paratah could easily fill 2 people. The mutton filling inside the paratah was fresh, good & juicy.

Although it was extremely spicy for my taste. Even the yoghurt & juices couldn't calm down the spiciness. But did I enjoy hurting my tongue & taste buds, YES I did!😁

Both the rolls & paratha were served with side condiments such chutneys, yoghurt & fried papads that were just delicious to munch on. The green mint chutney was absolutely tasty on its own.

Delivery Review: Everything was spill-free & packed appropriately to maintain its freshness & quality. Very prompt on-time delivery. Delivered to you before the food becomes cold; so you can enjoy your meal fresh & warm.

Apart from this, Rock n roll paratah also offer other healthy drinks such as detox & weightloss juice, which are healthier options to enjoy alongside the meals, that you can enjoy at the very comfort of your own home. 

Delivery review: Drinks were spill-proof as they were individually cling wrapped & then properly placed into a plastic bag to ensure it's not tampered with & not spilt everywhere.

Chicken Achari Roll

I tried Rock n roll paratah's best zomato recommended roll, paratha & drinks; & let me tell you I wasn't disappointed. In terms of price, they are affordable & they have an excellent price to quantity ratio. 

Even their delivery service was excellent as they were on time, unlike other restaurants where despite placing order I would have to call every 10 mins to know how far they reached. From the price point of view, they were quite reasonable & price to quantity ratio was also decent.

Another best thing I really loved about this restaurant was their way of making sure that the food they deliver is spill-free but also tampered-free all the while maintaining freshness & warmth. Things like these have become now of utmost importance since the outbreak of covid 19, in order to ensure the safety of foodies & non-foodies like us because obviously, no outbreak can ever stop a foodie from enjoying a scrumptious meal at the comfort of our own home and available at the click of a button.

Time to pop the question: Would I recommend my fellow foodies to order via zomato?

Yes, 100% I would.

Found this gem in the busy street of Al Karama just opposite Ansar mall. 

I was lucky to find parking in front of the restaurant that too on a Friday. So make sure to set aside time for finding parking.

As I entered the restaurant, it was like entering another zone. The smoke of sizzlers filled the restaurant & the sound of sizzling meat ordered by the other customers was gastronomical enough for me to be drooling from hunger. 

The restaurant's ambience worked well with the decor giving off relaxing and peaceful vibes.

Hygiene standards of the restaurant were pretty impressive as well as covid-19 protocols were also strictly followed.

Regardless of my 20% research on the restaurant and the food, it only allows me to make a decision 'if or not' I should be visiting the restaurant, and the remaining 80% is staff suggestion and dine-in experience. 

So prior to ordering I always ask the serving staff what is the best speciality of your restaurant and most of the time I didn't exit the restaurant disappointed.

I was being served by Mr Akshat and he guided me through their menu & suggested I order Pepper steak which was what they served the best. Before proceeding with the review, I would like to appreciate the serving staff as they made sure the best was served, customers knew what they were ordering & in case of any disappointment with the food they were willing to compensate for it. 

What I ordered?

Pepper Steak

This dish could easily serve 2 people & I ordered my steak to be medium.

The first bite was magical, extremely flavorful, delicious & sizzling hot. Not only the steak was appetizing enough but had an excellent price to quantity ratio. 

The sauce on the steak enhanced it's flavorful & like the name suggests it was quite peppery. Alongside the steak, there were some grilled vegetables and scrumptious potatoes that were served along with the steak which added a much needed healthy balance.

Although you might want to confirm with them the way you like your steak. As I had ordered it to be medium but my steak turned out to be medium-well to well done, although it was palatable, that was the only thing that caught me off-guard.  

Final review:

The steak was delicious, the price to quantity ratio was good, the serving staff's demeanour was very good, and the ambience was very relaxing and peaceful. The price was economical as well. 

Overall a great experience. If you are looking to dine out on a budget especially devour a steak, then I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my fellow foodies.

What I ordered?

Vazhayila Mutton Dum Biryani

The serving size was enough for 2 people. The biryani was flavorful and economical in price. Overall the biryani was palatable & suitable for lunch. Biryani was served with Dahi raita & tangy pickle; a one killer combo.

Mixed Grill Lebanese Medium

The platter consisted of:

• Chicken & Mutton Kebabs
• Chicken Tikka Kebabs
• Chicken Wings
• Grilled Onions & Tomatoes

The quantity for the mixed grill was very good. The meat was fresh, succulent at every bite & cooked to perfection. Nonetheless cooked on charcoal enhanced its aroma & flavour ten folds.

The price factor was also at its par with the flavour & freshness. Highly recommend it.
